"This is an excellent choice for a banjo capo. It doesn't shift in circles around the neck. The thumb screw...doesn't slip out of your fingers
like some capo thumb screws do. Thanks Mike for a great capo!"

Kat Eyz Banjo and Guitar Capos
|
Kat Eyz capos give players more stability with less tension for better intonation,
plus fast key changes. The V-shaped saddle gives 2 anchor points on the neck.
On stainless steel models, tracking grooves inside the main frame keep the bar parallel with frets and square on the neck.
Brass capos use "snake tongue" ends on the saddle to keep the bar parallel with the frets and squared to the neck.
- Hand-crafted by Mike Smith
- 3/16" round stock frame
- Stainless steel or brass frame
- V-shaped leather-padded saddle
- 2 Extra fret-bar sleeves

IMPORTANT NOTE: Banjo capos may not store "on board" if the neck is too thick behind the nut.
This issue is most common with (but not limited to) import necks.

Looking for the U-Frame Banjo capo? Sorry, but it's discontinued. There was virtually no demand for it compared to the V-Frame
capos, so I finally decided to simplify life a bit! — Mike
